Made for Places Where People Gather
Furniture That Gives a Commercial Space Lasting Character
Commercial furniture should do more than fill a room. It should support the way the space is used, feel comfortable to the people who visit, and reflect the standards of the business behind it.
Whether you need six or more matching pieces for a residential setting or furniture for a larger commercial project, Steve and Robert can help you compare model dimensions, available finishes, quantities and delivery requirements before ordering. We check any specific commercial suitability requirements with Troutman; factory scheduling estimates follow submission of your selected configuration.
Plan your furniture specification
Start with the seat height, usable seat size and space between tables, counters and nearby furniture. Review each model’s available finish and seat options before requesting a quantity quote.
Standard shipping included · Contiguous 48 states. Taxes and optional delivery services are extra.
Model specification reference
Dimensions below are in inches. Rocker seat heights are measured at rest. Width is the maximum seat width unless stated otherwise; tapered seats and inside arm clearance require a closer check. Open a model for its full measurements and current options. These dimensions do not establish a weight rating, accessibility compliance or commercial certification.

For room layouts, request any missing overall footprint, footrest or clearance measurements before finalizing your specification. Natural materials and finishes can vary between pieces.
What to include in your project inquiry
- Models, quantities, seat materials and finish preferences.
- Intended setting, expected use and any required testing, load ratings, care instructions or warranty terms.
- Table or counter height, underside clearance, available floor space and any important fit measurements.
- Delivery ZIP code, commercial or residential address type, loading dock or access restrictions, unloading help, and liftgate or inside delivery needs.
- Your requested date and whether phased delivery would be useful. Specific scheduling follows the factory’s response after order submission.
We will help check the relevant requirements with Troutman before you commit to a model. Do not assume every finish or seat material is suitable for an exposed porch or a particular commercial application.

Experience Beyond the Home
Made for Memorable Public Spaces
Troutman furniture has a long history in hospitality and public settings. Troutman reports that its rocking chairs have welcomed travelers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport and that the United States Golf Association purchased 600 classic white rocking chairs and 250 tables for the U.S. Open. These examples describe the manufacturer’s work, not projects supplied by Furniture Made In USA.
Traditional Construction with a Purpose

Commercial Furniture Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer volume pricing for larger orders?
We provide project specific quotes for orders of six or more. Pricing is based on the products, quantities, finishes, delivery location, freight requirements, and current production conditions involved.
Can you help us choose the right furniture?
Yes. Tell us about the setting, expected use, preferred style, required seat height, quantity, and available space. We can help narrow the collection to suitable options.
Can multiple pieces be ordered in the same finish?
Many products are available in coordinating finish options. Because availability varies by model, we will help confirm the options for the specific pieces in your project.
Where is the furniture made?
Our Troutman Chair Company furniture is handcrafted in North Carolina by American furniture makers carrying forward a tradition that began in 1924.
How long will a commercial order take?
All orders are handmade to order. Allow up to approximately 12 weeks to ship, plus transit time. Production timing depends on the models, quantities, finishes and seat options. After we submit your order to Troutman, we share the estimated production or shipping window as soon as the factory provides it. A requested project date is not a delivery guarantee.
How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is included in the contiguous 48 states. Taxes and optional delivery services are extra. Standard freight delivery is curbside. Without liftgate service, you are responsible for unloading and arranging the necessary help; driver assistance is not guaranteed. A liftgate lowers freight to ground level and does not include carrying it inside. Liftgate and inside delivery must be arranged in advance. Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping quote.
