1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing FurnitureMadeInUSA.com, using the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order through FurnitureMadeInUSA.com.

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.

2. About Furniture Made in USA

FurnitureMadeInUSA.com is a North Carolina based online furniture retailer with a business office and mailing address in Mocksville, North Carolina. We operate exclusively online and do not have a showroom or accept customer visits at this address. We specialize in American made furniture, including chairs, rocking chairs, stools, tables, children's furniture, and related products.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Furniture Made in USA," "FurnitureMadeInUSA.com," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating this website. The words "you" and "your" refer to the customer, website visitor, or purchaser.

3. Product Information, Wood & Finish Variations

We work to present our furniture, dimensions, finishes, materials, photographs, descriptions, and available options as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because many of our products are made from natural wood and are individually produced or finished, reasonable variations can occur from one piece to another. These may include differences in:

• Wood grain and natural character
• Color and tone
• Finish appearance
• Texture
• Minor dimensions associated with handcrafted production

Natural variation is part of the character of real wood furniture and is not necessarily considered a defect.

Colors and finishes can also appear differently depending on your computer, phone, tablet, display settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of the wood beneath the finish. Product photographs and finish swatches should therefore be considered a useful representation rather than a guarantee of an exact color match.

4. Made to Order & Customized Furniture

Many products sold through FurnitureMadeInUSA.com are made to order after the customer selects a model, finish, seat style, or other available options.

Production times vary by product, factory workload, finish, availability of materials, and other manufacturing conditions. Any production or delivery time shown on the website is an estimate and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise subject to these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that every product, finish, option, price, or production requirement has been independently verified.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding an order before production or shipment if there is a question concerning:

• Product availability
• Finish or configuration
• Shipping requirements
• Pricing or website errors
• Payment authorization
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Any other issue that prevents us from reasonably fulfilling the order as submitted

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after collecting payment and no amount is otherwise legitimately due under our policies, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product pricing and other website information accurate. However, typographical mistakes, pricing errors, technical problems, outdated information, or other unintended errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct an obvious error before fulfilling an affected order. If a material pricing or product error affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Prices, product options, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Payment

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize the applicable charge for your purchase.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, or other reasonable verification before production or shipment.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Most furniture ships directly from the factory to the customer. Depending on the size of the product, shipments may travel by parcel carrier or LTL freight carrier.

Free standard shipping is included within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii require an additional shipping charge quoted manually; please request a shipping quote before ordering.

Standard freight delivery is curbside. Without liftgate service, customers are responsible for unloading the furniture from the truck and arranging any help needed. Driver assistance is not guaranteed. Liftgate service and inside delivery are available for an additional charge by advance arrangement. Extraordinary access requirements or other unusual delivery conditions may also require additional arrangements. We will obtain your approval before making an additional charge. Freight customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment when it arrives and documenting visible freight damage before signing the carrier's delivery paperwork.

Complete shipping, freight damage, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund terms are provided in our Shipping / Returns / Cancellations Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are made specifically after an order is placed, cancellation terms can depend on whether production has already begun.

Returns, cancellation fees, restocking charges, freight responsibilities, damage procedures, and refund timing are governed by our current Shipping / Returns / Cancellations Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing customized or made to order furniture.

10. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain furniture manufacturers or individual products may include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, remedies, and eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product.

Any manufacturer warranty applies according to the manufacturer's stated terms. A product page mentioning a particular warranty applies only to the product for which that warranty is expressly stated.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FurnitureMadeInUSA.com does not create an additional warranty beyond any rights that cannot legally be excluded and any warranty expressly provided by the applicable manufacturer.
