Why choose this model

More seat room than the Emilie children’s rocker

Choose the Allison when the Emilie’s smaller dimensions no longer suit the child. The Allison has a 13 7/8 inch seat height at rest and a seat measuring 16 1/8 inches at its widest point by 13 3/4 inches deep. Use the child’s actual fit rather than age alone to compare the two models.

Fit and dimensions

Compare the seat dimensions with the child’s current furniture and check whether the child can sit comfortably and get on and off easily. Dimensions describe size; they do not establish an age range or user weight limit.

Fit, assembly & intended use

Will this model fit?

Overall height: 30 5/8 in; front to back: 25 3/4 in. Seat: 16 1/8 in wide at widest point x 13 3/4 in deep; narrowest seat width: 11 3/4 in. Seat height: 13 7/8 in at rest.

Compare the seat height, depth and width with seating your child already uses comfortably. Check the inside arm space where listed and leave room around the rocker for its full motion. Choose by the child’s fit rather than age alone.

What assembly is required?

The rocker runners must be attached after delivery. Follow the supplied instructions and use the included nails; correct installation is important for safe use. Watch Troutman’s runner assembly instructions. Assembly is your responsibility.

Is it right for my location?

For this model, Troutman recommends keeping finished furniture under cover to help it last. For porch use, confirm your selected finish and how sheltered the location is with us before ordering. An unfinished option does not have the protection of a factory finish.

For help with your exact choices, use Ask about this configuration above or call (704) 528-4050.

Finish appearance & color matching

Swatches and product photos are references. Screen settings, room lighting and natural wood grain can change how a finish looks. We cannot guarantee an exact match to your screen or existing furniture.

If a close color match is important, ask Steve and Robert before ordering. We can help compare the available finishes for your selected model. Read the finish guide.

If you decide to return an eligible item because the color is not what you expected, the return terms in Changes, returns, warranty & damage support apply, including the restocking fee and return shipping responsibility.

Changes, returns, warranty & damage support

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Available changes depend on factory progress and must be confirmed. A 15% cancellation fee applies after production begins. Once the order ships, the return policy applies.

What if I need to return it?

Eligible returns must be arranged within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in their original packaging and in new or like new condition. You pay return shipping unless an approved damage claim or another agreed exception covers it. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and confirmation of return condition.

What warranty applies?

Troutman publishes a lifetime frame warranty for its chairs. Contact us for help confirming the current written terms for this model, your intended use, covered components and any claim costs. Coverage for seats, finishes and other components must be confirmed with Troutman.

What if it arrives damaged?

For freight delivery, inspect before signing and write visible damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. You may refuse significant damage. For damage discovered after delivery, contact us promptly with photos and keep the carton and packaging. We help coordinate the claim; transportation coverage depends on claim approval.

Read the full delivery, cancellation and return policy. For order or damage help, contact Steve and Robert or call (704) 528-4050.

Planning for freight delivery

Standard freight delivery is curbside. Without liftgate service, you are responsible for unloading your furniture from the truck and arranging the help needed. Driver assistance is not guaranteed. A liftgate lowers the shipment from the truck to ground level; it does not include carrying furniture inside. Liftgate and inside delivery services cost extra and must be arranged in advance.

Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
