Changes, returns, warranty & damage support

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Available changes depend on factory progress and must be confirmed. A 15% cancellation fee applies after production begins. Once the order ships, the return policy applies.

What if I need to return it?

Eligible returns must be arranged within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in their original packaging and in new or like new condition. You pay return shipping unless an approved damage claim or another agreed exception covers it. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and confirmation of return condition.

What warranty applies?

Contact Steve and Bob for help confirming Troutman’s current written warranty terms for this model, including covered components, your intended use and any claim costs.

What if it arrives damaged?

For freight delivery, inspect before signing and write visible damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. You may refuse significant damage. For damage discovered after delivery, contact us promptly with photos and keep the carton and packaging. We help coordinate the claim; transportation coverage depends on claim approval.

Troutman makes the wood frame in North Carolina with curved ladder back slats and traditional interlocking and swelled joints. Wood and woven seats provide different sitting surfaces.
