Choose the Round Top 24 Inch Counter Stool for a compact 13 1/2 inch diameter seat without a back or arms. Its 24 inch seat height is intended for approximately 36 inch counters. Compare the seat size with your preferred sitting space and check the room beneath the counter.

Fit and dimensions

Measure from the floor to the underside of your counter or table, including any apron. Check knee clearance, spacing between seats, and how easily you can reach the footrest. Seat height and overall back height describe different measurements.

What happens after you order?

Order confirmation: You receive confirmation of your order and selected options.
Factory scheduling: We submit your configuration to Troutman and share the estimated production or shipping window when the factory responds.
Shipping notification: When your furniture ships, we provide the available tracking or carrier information.
Delivery arrangements: For freight shipments, the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery. Your delivery estimate becomes clearer once the shipment is underway.

Match this stool’s seat height to your table, counter or bar, then check the space between the seat and the underside of the surface or apron for legroom. Compare the seat size with seating you find comfortable, and allow room between neighboring stools. Check stool height and clearance.

This piece ships fully assembled. No furniture assembly is required. Unpack and inspect it before use.

Is it right for my location?

Changes, returns, warranty & damage support

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Available changes depend on factory progress and must be confirmed. A 15% cancellation fee applies after production begins. Once the order ships, the return policy applies.

What if I need to return it?

Eligible returns must be arranged within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in their original packaging and in new or like new condition. You pay return shipping unless an approved damage claim or another agreed exception covers it. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and confirmation of return condition.

What warranty applies?

Contact Steve and Bob for help confirming Troutman’s current written warranty terms for this model, including covered components, your intended use and any claim costs.

What if it arrives damaged?

For freight delivery, inspect before signing and write visible damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. You may refuse significant damage. For damage discovered after delivery, contact us promptly with photos and keep the carton and packaging. We help coordinate the claim; transportation coverage depends on claim approval.

Planning for freight delivery

Standard freight delivery is curbside. Without liftgate service, you are responsible for unloading your furniture from the truck and arranging the help needed. Driver assistance is not guaranteed. A liftgate lowers the shipment from the truck to ground level; it does not include carrying furniture inside. Liftgate and inside delivery services cost extra and must be arranged in advance.
