Our Guarantee to You

Flattop Wood Works guarantees all products purchased against manufacturers defect and to arrive at your Home or Business undamaged.

In the event of damage, we will have the damaged piece picked up, and a new one shipped out to you. If there is concealed damage please report this to us within 3 days of receiving your product.

We ship our chairs and stools by UPS and DHL, but the tables, dining room, and bedroom groups ship by Furniture Carrier. They will delivery and setup your table, dining room, bedroom and living room furniture, and inspect for damage.

Flattop Wood Works Sells furniture made from the finest in quality hardwoods, that are built to last for generations.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if for some reason you do not like the product, we can work out a trade or refund (less 20% restocking fee + return freight).

If returns are required, please return in the original container with packing materials. A return authorization is required before returning product.
